I'm a Senior AI engineer (6+ years) leading agentic AI initiatives at Infovision, including a Verizon contact-center agent-assist tool (70%+ automated, resolution rate lifted from 84% to 92%) and four additional internal/client agent platforms built with cross-functional teams.
